Magnetic Ring

NOTE:  The following special tools and test equipment are required for this work:

VW 401 - Thrust plate
VW 402 - Thrust plate
VW 412 - Thrust disc
2040 - Press tube
32-109 - Driving sleeve

REMOVAL

Remove left flange shaft, refer to Removing and Installing. See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Front Final
Drive, Automatic Transaxle/Service and Repair

Remove circlip -arrow A- for ball bearing.
