Child Seat: Testing and Inspection
Child Seat Lock Function For Auxiliary Child Seats (Not For Driver Seat Belt), Checking

To check this function, complete belt assembly must be installed, including B-pillar trim
Activating lock function

Pull belt webbing out to stop.

Belt webbing must unroll with a rattling sound

If unrolling is stopped, belt webbing must not be able to be rolled further
Deactivating lock function
-
Return belt webbing about 100 mm.

By 100 mm (at the latest), the lock function should deactivate, and the belt should function normally again
