Remove all nuts (arrows) from exhaust manifold.

Remove washers and exhaust manifold.

Installing 
Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

Install in sequential order as follows:
-

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head

-

Turbocharger to exhaust manifold

-

Turbocharger bracket to cylinder block
