Disconnect coolant hose - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - 2 -.

-

Disconnect coolant hoses - arrows - from coolant pipe.

-

Remove bolt - 1 - and remove coolant pipe.

-

Remove thermostat.

Installing 
Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Note:  Replace O-ring.

-

Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface.

-

Moisten new O-ring with coolant G12+.

-

Install accessory assembly bracket

-

Fill with coolant.  Install generator.
