Moisten new O-ring - 3 - with coolant G12+.

Insert coolant pump - 2 -.

Installed location: Sealing plug in housing points downward Tighten bolts - 1 - of coolant pump to 15 Nm.

Install toothed belt.

-

Install ribbed belt.

-

Fill with coolant Cooling system, draining and filling.

-

Install lock carrier with attachments.

-

Place torque support stop onto rubber buffer for torque support under its own weight and tighten nuts - arrows -.

-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Check headlight adjustment.
