Install camshaft gear. To tighten bolt, counterhold camshaft sprocket using retainer 3036. Torque specification 65 Nm.

Note:

When turning camshaft, pistons must not be at TDC. Valves/pistons may be damaged.

Make sure fitted key is properly seated.

Install toothed belt

-

Install camshaft adjuster

-

Install cylinder head cover 

-

Install lock carrier with attachments.

-

Place torque support stop onto rubber buffer for torque support under its own weight and tighten nuts - arrows -.

-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Check headlight adjustment.

-

The rest of assembly is basically a reverse of disassembling sequence.
