Slide sealing ring over alignment sleeves onto crankshaft pin.

Press in seal using center bolt of toothed belt gear and pressure sleeve of assembly tool T10053 until it is flush.

Replace center bolt for toothed belt gear.

Note:

There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt gear and crankshaft.

Do not oil the bolt for crankshaft toothed belt gear.

Install crankshaft toothed belt gear -2- with new diamond disc -3- and new center bolt -1-.

Hold toothed belt crankshaft sprocket with Counter Support 3415 and tighten.
Installing toothed belt (Adjusting valve timing).

Install ribbed belt.

-

Install lock carrier with attachments.
