Backup Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Back-up light switch F4, removing and installing, 02X, 6 Spd. M/T AWD

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1331

Removing

-

If installed, loosen quick release fasteners - 3 - and remove rear sound insulation - B -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - arrow - for back-up light switch F4 on transmission (right side).

-

Remove Back-up light switch F4 - arrow - from selector shaft cover.
