Remove bolt - arrow - on rear of power steering pump.

Remove power steering pump.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse sequence, note the following:

Replace gaskets and seals.

Before installing a new pump, put in hydraulic fluid at the inlet and turn pump by hand until fluid flows out at the pressure outlet.

Secure all hose connections with new hose clips. Parts catalog

Turn hub by hand until fluid comes out at pump outlet.

-

Install pump on bracket.

-

Install and tighten bolts - 1 -.

-

Tighten bolt - arrow - on back of power steering pump

Install new seals on banjo bolt.

-

Tighten banjo bolt for pressure hose.

-

Install intake hose. Installation position.

-

Bolt on power steering pump pulley.

-

Install ribbed belt.
Make sure the belt is properly seated in the pulleys when installing.

-

Install lock carrier.

-

Install bumper.

-

Install sound insulation.

-

Fill with hydraulic fluid G 002 000.

-

Start engine and check that belt runs properly.

-

Check hydraulic fluid level.
