Front Bumper Bracket: Service and Repair

Removing
-
Remove front bumper cover. Refer to=> [ Front Bumper Cover ]. See: Service and Repair/Front Bumper Cover

Remove the side impact bar. Refer to => [ Impact Member ]. See: Service and Repair/Impact Member

Mark the installation position of the bracket to the lock carrier for installation later.

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

Remove the locating bolt - 1 -.

Remove the impact bar bracket - 2 - on the lock carrier.
Installation
‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Impact Bar Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair.
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

Tighten the impact bar bracket according to the marking made during removal.

Install the impact member. Refer to => [ Impact Member ]. See: Service and Repair/Impact Member

Install the front bumper cover. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ]. See: Service and Repair/Front Bumper Cover
