‹› Removal:

‹› Must be replaced after removing. Refer to => [ Replace the Tank Flap Unit ] See: Fuel Filler Door Assembly Overview

Open the door and remove the bolt.

-

Pull the bolted side of the door out of the side panel slightly. 

-

Completely remove the door from the side panel diagonally toward the rear.

‹› Installing:

-

Guide cable through opening in fuel filler door cup.

-

Insert fuel filler door diagonally until catches on protruding flange engage in side panel.

-

Bolt the door and the door release motor together using the bolt -  4 -.
