Press the release button forward in the - direction of the arrow -.

Hold release button - 3 - down in this position. 

-

Pull the headrest - 2 - up out of the headrest guides -  1 - and - 4 -.

CAUTION!
When removing the headrest, make sure the connector on the headrest side does not get stuck in the headrest guides or in the fixed cover
cap.

When removing the headrest - 1 -, guide the wire with the connector - 4 - through the headrest guide -  3 -.
