Removing

‹› Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, disconnecting the electrical connector), the person handling it must "discharge
static electricity". This can be done by touching door striker, for example.

Remove front seat:

Remove the sill side trim retaining bracket.

Disengage the front and side areas - A - and - B - of the cover retaining channel - 3 -.
