Disconnect electrical connector to footwell vent - C -. 

-

Remove footwell vents - A- and -B -.

Remove brake lamp sensor => [ Brake Lamp Sensor ] See: Power Brake Assist/Brake Intervention Sensor / Switch/Service and Repair.

Disconnect electrical connector from the gas pedal module.

-

Disconnect brake pedal from brake booster => [ Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Brake Pedal and Brake
Booster, Disconnecting and Connecting. 

CAUTION!
The brake pedal stop must always be installed. The brake lamp sensor mount could break when the brake pedal is unlocked.

Remove tower brace.

Remove plenum chamber bulkhead
