‹› The connecting rods ( from - A - through - D  -) are clipped on to the levers; unclip them carefully so that the lever does not get damaged.

‹› Depending on the production date, there are different versions of the levers and connections on the A/C unit. Refer to => [ Air Conditioner Levers

Remove the screws - E -.

On vehicles with an Auxiliary Air Heater Heating Element (Z35), loosen the wiring from the right radiator housing. Refer to => [ Auxiliary Air
Heater Heating Element ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Auxiliary Air Heater Heating Element.

Pull the right radiator housing - A - (together with the mounting plate, motors and levers, curved washers and connecting rods) from the A/C unit.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following.

Check the heat exchanger - A - and evaporator -  B - for dirt; clean if necessary.
