Removing

If the rain/light recognition sensor (G397) was replaced, selected the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault
Finding" or "Guided Functions ".

Select the function or path:

-

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

With lane assist:

-

Unclip top cover - 1 - on the mirror base -  arrows -.

Disengage bottom cover on the mirror base using a screwdriver and remove it.

Without lane assist:

-

Pry top cover - 1 - from the interior rearview mirror base - arrows -.
