Pry the top cover - 1 - from the interior rearview mirror base - arrows -.

Remove the electrical connector from the bracket.

Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.
-
Turn the interior rearview mirror on the base - 1 - counterclockwise - arrow - as far as the stop.

Remove interior mirror from holding plate.
-
Release the retaining tabs - 1 - and - 2 - with a screwdriver - 3 -.
-
Disengage the rear cover - 4 -.
-
Release the retaining tabs - arrows - and carefully fold the upper cover - 2 - up slightly.
