Windshield Washer Switch: Service and Repair

Turn Signal Switch, Cruise Control Switch and Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch

Removing

-

Remove steering column switch module => [ Steering Column Switch Module ] See: Relays and Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and
Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Column Control Module/Service and Repair/Steering Column Switch Module.

Remove steering column electronic systems control module (J527) => [ Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module ] See: Relays and
Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Column Control Module/Service and
Repair/Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module.

Remove turn signal switch (E2), cruise control switch (E45) and windshield wiper/washer switch (E22).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install steering column electronic systems control module (J527) => [ Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module ] See: Relays and
Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Column Control Module/Service and
Repair/Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module.

Install steering column switch module => [ Steering Column Switch Module ] See: Relays and Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and
Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Column Control Module/Service and Repair/Steering Column Switch Module.
