‹› When attaching the hose lines - 1 -, counterhold on the pipe lines - 4 -.

Top off hydraulic oil.

Clean any oiled places.

Bleed the steering. Refer to => [ Steering System, Bleeding after Replacing ] See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair.

Check power steering fluid level. Refer to => [ Power Steering, Checking Fluid Level ] See: Testing and Inspection/Power Steering, Checking
Fluid Level.

Check all open line connections for leaks. Refer to => [ Steering System, Checking for Leaks ] See: Testing and Inspection/Steering System,
Checking for Leaks.

Install the front lock carrier cover. 

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate to the model.
