‹› Hold flange shaft - A - with one hand so that it does not fall out.

Pry out seal.

‹› To protect housing, lay a pry bar - A - underneath. 

Installing

Coat outer edge of seal with gear oil.

‹› Installation position: The open side of the seal faces the housing.

Drive in new shaft seal as far as stop using thrust piece (T40190). When doing this, do not bend the seal.
