Remove front ashtray. 

-

Disconnect electrical connectors - 2 - and -  4 -.

-

Remove insulation mat over the shift mechanism.

‹› The illustration does not show the insulation mat.

‹› A second technician is required when detaching shift mechanism below vehicle.

Remove bolts - 1, 3, 5 and 6 -.

‹› Depending on the version, the retaining clips - arrows - may not be installed so the shift mechanism may fall down after removing the bolts.

Remove selector mechanism downward.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
