ATF line, return

‹› From ATF cooler to the transmission

‹› With connector coupling => [ (Item 14) Connector coupling ]

ATF pipe, supply

‹› From transmission to ATF cooler

Bolt

‹› 23 Nm

‹› Secures ATF pipe with the driveshaft heat shield

Nut

‹› 8 Nm

‹› Secures the ATF pipe on the engine

O-Ring

‹› Replace

‹› Coat with ATF before inserting

Transmission

Bolt

‹› 20 Nm

‹› First insert ATF pipes with new O-rings by hand as far as the stop 

‹› The retaining tab on the lower ATF pipe must lie in the threaded hole in the transmission.

‹› The retaining tab on the upper ATF pipe must line on the bottom one.

O-Ring

‹› Replace

‹› Is installed in connector coupling => [ (Item 14) Connector coupling ]. 

‹› Coat with ATF before inserting

Retaining clip

‹› To separate the connector coupling => [ (Item 14) Connector coupling ] , remove the securing clip.

‹› To install the ATF line on the connector coupling, first let the securing clip engage 3 times in the connector coupling.

Connector coupling

‹› To disconnect the ATF pipe, remove the securing clip => [ (Item 13) Retaining clip ]. 

‹› To install the ATF pipes, connect the securing clip => [ (Item 13) Retaining clip ] and replace the O-ring => [ (Item 12) O-Ring ].

‹› Slide ATF lines together and let them engage.
