Remove the electrical connector from the bracket.

Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.

Turn the interior rearview mirror on the base - 1 - counterclockwise - arrow - as far as the stop.

Remove interior mirror from holding plate.

Spread the cover - 1 - apart slightly on both sides - arrows - and remove it from the interior rearview mirror base - 2 -.

Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.
