Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

Rear Window Wiper Motor

Removing

-

Remove wiper arm => [ Rear Window Wiper Arm ] See: Wiper Arm/Service and Repair/Rear Window Wiper Arm.

Remove lower luggage compartment lid trim.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

-

Release the securing clip - arrow A - and remove the washer fluid line - 3 - from the spray nozzle connecting pipe.

Remove the nuts - B arrows - and the rear window wiper motor (V12) - item 1 -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification => [ Rear Window Wiper and Motor Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Window Wiper and Motor

Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

‹› Washer fluid hose must engage audibly into nozzle connection.

Install lower rear lid trim.
