Drive flange seal, pulling out.

Installing 

-

Coat outer edge of oil seal with gear oil

-

Drive in new seal to stop, without canting.

Installtion position: The open side of the seal faces the transmission.

Install right drive flange

-

Install bolt for drive flange (arrow, 23 Nm) while securing drive flange against turning, using a drift.

Install drive axle, refer to Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints - Axle Shaft Assembly - Service and Repair - Procedures   See: Drive Axles,

Install heat shield for right drive axle.

Checking oil level in front final drive, refer to Differential Fluid - A/T - Testing and Inspection - Procedures   See: Front Final Drive

Tightening torques
