Electrical Height Adjuster On Seats With Bolted Upper Part Of Seat (older Version), Replacing

NOTE:

-

Older shoulder pin must be used.

-

Older seat frame must be used.

-

Older sail must be used on new height adjuster gearing.

-

New microencapsulated bolts to secure the sail to the height adjuster gearing and to the seat rail are included in delivery.

-

New nut to secure shoulder pin and plastic toothed segment are included in delivery.

-

Move seat as far to front as possible.

-

Remove side trim on sill side.

Bolts for seat rail (microencapsulated)

Remove two rear microencapsulated bolts - 2 - to seat rail on left and right.

Loosen shoulder pin - 1 -, nut - 2 - and lever - 3 - on height adjuster gearing and remove shoulder pin - 1 -.
