Re-insert bulkhead cover.

Note:

Gasket must be replaced if damaged.

Make sure gasket is properly positioned.

Insert bolt -2- but do not tighten yet.

Insert bolt -3- and tighten to 65 Nm.

Tighten bolts -1- and -2- to 68 Nm.

Release steering lock.

-

Move steering wheel to center position, then attach universal joint to steering pinion.

-

Loosen bolt -arrow-
Tightening torque: 30 Nm

Tighten tensioning bolt nut for tie rod end to 50 Nm.
Use a new nut

-

Tighten bolt -2- to 40 Nm 
Use a new nut

-

Tighten bolt -1- to 90 Nm 
Use a new nut
