Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 64 number 08-08 dated December 2, 2008 for reasons listed below.

Condition

When opening or closing the convertible top, all four windows are lowered at the same time. After the top cycle is complete, all four windows are
returned to a fully upright position. In some cases, one or both of the front windows do not return to their fully upright position. This happens most often
to the left front window. The window(s) are fully operational by their respective switches but do not fully close as a function of the top cycle.

Technical Background

Malfunction in the front door window regulator motor(s) in evaluating the window strategy from the convertible top control unit.

Affected windows can be closed by their respective window switches.
