Unclip brake cables - 1 - from retainers - 2 - and - 4 -.

Before installing new parking brake cables you must remove the parking brake lever and reset the mechanism.

Installing

Clip on the parking brake cable - 1 - until it engages.

The clip loop on retainer must be located between two positioning rings - 5 -.

Note:  Clip attachment on retainer - 4 - must always face outside of the vehicle.

Tightening torque for item 3: 1.5 Nm

Engage cable at exhaust mount.

-

Attach parking brake cables to underside and tank and insert them into lever at brake caliper.
