Use commercially available splitter, e.g. Kukko 15-17.

Press inner bearing race off wheel hub.
On lightweight wheel hub the spinning washer must be replaced.

Pressing wheel hub into 82 mm diameter wheel bearing

When pressing in, the thrust pad VW 511 must only bear against the inner race.

Installing

Installation is carried out in reverse sequence.
Bonded rubber bushings can only be turned to a limited extent. The mountings of the suspension links must therefore or be tightened when suspension
is in the curb weight position.
