Valve Body: Service and Repair
Oil Strainer, Removing and Installing
Removing
-
Remove oil pan, refer to Oil Pan, Removing and Installing See: Oil Pan, Removing and Installing

Removing oil strainer bolts -arrows-.
-
Pull oil strainer off valve body.
Installing
-
Lightly coat seal on suction collar of oil strainer with ATF.
-
Carefully press suction collar of oil strainer into the opening at valve body uo to stop.

Bolt on oil strainer.

Installing oil pan, refer to Oil Pan, Removing and Installing See: Oil Pan, Removing and Installing

Fill up ATF, refer to ATF, Changing or Topping Off After Repair Work See: Fluid - A/T/Service and Repair
Tightening torques
