Secure tensioning element using drift T40098.

Remove ribbed belt.

Remove ribbed belt tensioner - arrows -.

-

Remove generator.

-

Remove intake manifold and fuel rail

-

Remove bracket for cable connector - arrows - from coolant pipe.

-

Disconnect coolant hose - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - 2 -.

-

Disconnect coolant hoses - arrows - from coolant pipe.

-

Remove bolt - 1 - and remove coolant pipe.
