Heater/air conditioner assembly, servicing

- Remove heater/air conditioner assembly complete with instrument panel, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Heater Core Case/Service and Repair

1. Heater core

Removing/installing, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Heater Core/Service and Repair  See: Heater Core/Service and Repair
Applying self adhesive seal, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Heater Core/Service and Repair  See: Heater Core/Service and Repair

2. Heater flap housing

Do not disassemble

3. Retaining clip

Carefully pry off with screwdriver

4. Evaporator housing assembly, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Evaporator Case/Service and Repair  See: Evaporator Core/Service and

Repair

5. Footwell air outlet

Removing/installing

6. Seal
