If voltage tester does not flash:

Check wiring for continuity and short to B+ between valve connector terminal 2 and test box socket E1.
Specified value: max. 1.0 ohms (ohms)

If necessary, eliminate short or open circuit in wiring.
If wiring is OK:
-
Replace ECM.
