Clutch Fluid Reservoir: Service and Repair

1. Brake fluid reservoir
2. Supply hose

-

With grommet

3. Pressure line
4. Flare nut

-

Tighten to: 15 Nm (11 ft lb)

5. Bracket
6. Clutch pedal

-

Removing and installing

7. Hex-socket bolt

-

Tighten to: 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

8. Pin
9. Clutch master cylinder

-

Removing and installing

-

After removing, do not depress clutch pedal

-

When replacing, adjust clevis

10. Transmission
11. Slave cylinder

-

After removing do not depress clutch pedal

-

Brake fluid should not come in contact with transmission

-

Coat cam ends with copper paste

-

On slave cylinder with plastic support ring, lubricate outer ring surface lightly for installation

-

When installing, push in until mounting bolts can be installed

12. Bleeder valve
13. Bracket

-

Fastened to transmission

14. Hex-socket bolt

-

Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

15. Hex nut

-

Tighten to: 2 Nm (18 inch lb)

16. Gasket
17. Gasket

-

Must not be removed
