Insert an upholstery needle or screwdriver - 3 - (max. width 2 mm) into hole - 4 - (it is located across from retaining clip for headrest guide).

Disengage catch - 2 - of headrest guide - 1 - in - direction of arrow B -, press screwdriver - 3 - in - direction of arrow A - to do so.

Remove headrest guide.
Installing
To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order.
