Seat Heating Element

Removing

-

Remove seat. - vehicles from November 2004 => [ Standard Front Seat ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Standard Front Seat,
From November 2004. 

-

Remove seat cover => [ Front Seat Covers and Upholstery ] See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seats - Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Covers and
Upholstery.

Cut wire - 2 - off of old heating element -  1 -.

Installing

-

Align heating element - 1 - on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.

-

Insert electrical wire - 2 - into gap - 3  -.

-

Lay wire connections without crossing into bottom of openings at positions - 4 -.
