Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, noting the following: 

‹› Replace O-rings.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface before installing.

Moisten a new O-ring with coolant additive and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

Install A/C compressor.

Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed
Belt.

Install oil cooler. Refer to => [ Oil Cooler ] See: Engine/Engine Lubrication/Oil Cooler/Service and Repair/Oil Cooler.

Install lock carrier with attachments. Refer to => 

Radiator Support See: Body and Frame/Lock Carrier

Install front bumper cover.

-

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Tightening Specifications
