Pivot radiator forward, pull up and remove.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, noting the following: 

-

Remove old O-ring - 2 - in coolant hose -  3 -.

-

Moisten new O-ring with coolant additive and install it in the coolant hose.

-

Press coolant hose onto radiator - 1 - until it engages audibly.

Press coolant hose on again and pull to make sure connection is engaged correctly.

-

Install ATF lines.

-

Install front bumper cross member.

-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

‹› Complete coolant must be replaced if the radiator was replaced.

-

Check ATF level.
