Headlamp Alignment Actuator: Service and Repair
Instrument Panel Lamps and Switches

Headlamp Adjuster

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] See: Service Precautions.

Removing

-

Remove light switch. Refer to => [ Headlamp Switch ] See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Instrument Panel Lamps and Switches/Headlamp Switch.

Reach through the opening for the lamp switch and press the headlamp adjuster or "coming home" switch out of the switch housing.

Unplug connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install light switch. Refer to => [ Headlamp Switch ] See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Instrument Panel Lamps and Switches/Headlamp Switch.
