Pressing inner bearing race off wheel hub.

Install splitter (e.g. Kukko 15-17) into annular groove - arrow - on inner bearing race and tighten spindle.

Press inner bearing race off wheel hub.

Pressing wheel hub (82 mm diameter) into wheel bearing

When pressing in thrust pad VW 511 must only rest on inner race.

Installing

Insert wheel bearing unit in wheel bearing housing.

-

Install and tighten countersunk bolts - 1 -.

-

Slide drive axle outer joint into wheel hub and tighten new hex bolt hand-tight.

Note:

Remove any remaining adhesive on thread of outer joint pin.
