Engage side curtain airbag by threaded pins - 2 - and tighten the nut by hand.

-

Clip in bracket - 3 - and remaining brackets.

-

Tighten bolt - 1 - on bracket - 5 -. Refer to => [ (Item 1) Bolt (Qty. 10) ].

-

Tighten remaining bolts - 1 -. Refer to => [ (Item 1) Bolt (Qty. 10) ]. 

-

Tighten bolt - 4 -. Refer to => [ (Item 4) Bolt (Qty. 1) ]. 

-

Tighten nut 2. Refer to => [ (Item 2) Cap Nut ].

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

-

Switch on ignition.

CAUTION!
No one should be in vehicle when connecting battery.

Connect the battery ground (GND) strap.

‹› Follow safety measures after connecting battery. 

‹› If the Airbag Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) ( K75) shows a malfunction after assembly, DTC memory must be checked with Vehicle

Diagnostic, Testing and Information System ( VAS 5051 A), cleared and then rechecked.
