Spacer ring (plastic)

Securing ring

‹› Always replace

‹› Insert before mounting in ring groove (not visible with joint installed)

Outer constant velocity joint

‹› Replace only as complete unit

‹› Installing:

‹› Drive joint onto shaft with a plastic hammer until circlip engages. 

‹› Greasing 

‹› When installing joint on axle shaft, splines on axle shaft must be lightly coated with grease used in joint.
