Vacuum pump for brakesV192 - exploded view (RS 5)
Vacuum pump for brakes -V192- - exploded view (RS 5)
The electrical vacuum pump -V192- is switched on by the engine control unit according to intake manifold pressure.
  Note
The front wheel housing liner (left-side) must first be removed in order to remove the vacuum pump → Rep. gr.66.
The diagram shows the vacuum pump for brakes -V192- from below after removing the front wheel housing liner (left-side).
   
1 - Bracket
q   To remove, first remove vacuum pump for brakes -V192-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Bolt for bracket
q   20 Nm
3 - Electrical connector
4 - Vacuum pump for brakes -V192-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Checking → Chapter
  Note
The front wheel housing liner (left-side) must first be removed in order to remove the vacuum pump → Rep. gr.66.

q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Checking → Chapter
4 - Nut
q   Bracket for secondary air pump hose
q   20 Nm
5 - Bolt for bracket
q   20 Nm
