Door Sensor/Switch (For Alarm): Service and Repair
Front Outside Door Handle Touch Sensors
Removing
-
Remove the outside door handle.

Release the retaining tabs - A arrows - and remove the electrical connector - 3 -.
-
Carefully release the retaining hooks - B arrows - using a small screwdriver and remove the wiring guide.
‹› Ignore items - 1 , 2 -.

Position the screwdriver on the outside door handle as illustrated.
-
Turn the screwdriver slightly and remove the outside door handle touch sensor forward from the handle.
