Driver Side Instrument Panel Cover, with Knee Airbag

Removing

-

Remove the side cover on the driver side instrument pane. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel Side Cover ] See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service
and Repair/Instrument Panel.

Remove the side bolt - 1 -.

-

Remove the lower bolts - 3 - and - 4 -. 

-

Unclip the top edge of the driver side instrument panel cover - 2 - from the instrument panel - arrows - using a Trim Removal Wedge (3409).

-

Unclip the 16-pin connector (T16) (Data Link Connector).

-

Versions with footwell lighting: Disconnect electrical connectors. 

-

Disconnect the driver side instrument panel cover.

Installing
