Install brake caliper with brake pads and front brake carrier => [ Removal and Installation ] See: Brake Caliper.

Install wheels.

Wheel bolt tightening specifications.

FBC-57 Front Brake Disc, Replacing

Use new bolts.

‹› Always replace on both axles.

Removing

-

Raise vehicle.

-

Remove wheels.

-

Remove front brake pads => [ Removal and Installation ] See: Brake Pad/Service and Repair/FBC-57 Front Brake Pads.

Do not let brake caliper hang from the brake hose. Secure it to the body with suitable cable ties or wire. Do not support weight with brake
hose.

Remove bolts - 3 - on front brake carrier.
