Rear Brake Disc

Removing

-

Raise vehicle.

-

Remove wheels.

-

Remove brake caliper with brake pads and brake carrier => [ Removal and Installation ] See: Brake Caliper. 

Do not let brake caliper with brake carrier hang from brake hose. Secure it to the body with suitable cable ties or wire. Do not support
weight with the brake hose.

CAUTION!
Do not press the brake pedal when the caliper is removed.

Remove securing bolt - arrow - on brake disc while holding disc firmly.

Remove brake disc from wheel hub.

‹› When removing brake disc from the wheel hub, do not tilt the disc. 

Installing

Clean brake disc, wheel hub and contact surfaces before installing.

Place brake disc on hub.

‹› When positioning brake disc, do not tilt it on wheel hub.

-

Install securing bolt - arrow - and tighten.
