Upper Coolant Pipe

Removing

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

Drain coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Remove upper section of the intake manifold.

Remove bolts - arrows - and the high pressure line protective plate - 1 -.

-

Vehicles with secondary air injection system: Remove the front secondary air hose - arrow - from its bracket and disconnect it; do to so press the
release buttons.
