Cooler and Fan Shroud

‹› The cooler and fan shroud can only be removed and installed together. 

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Used Oil Collecting and Extracting Device (V.A.G 1782) for vehicles with multitronic 0AW or automatic transmission 0B6

‹› Engine Bung Set (VAS 6122) for vehicles with multitronic 0AW or automatic transmission 0B6:

‹› Drip Tray for Workshop Crane (VAS 6208)

Removing

‹› If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to => [ Coolers and Condensers ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Coolers and Condensers.

Remove the front noise insulation - 1 -.

-

Remove the front bumper cover and the impact absorber.
